What Are We Looking For

  • Liaise with internal parties, warehouse, vendors and suppliers
  • Research and planning procurement strategy
  • Provide full range of administrative support & shipment arrangement
  • Provide full range of documentation support; ie, Sales Order, Purchase Order, Delivery Order etc.
  • Assist and streamline the project progress
  • Monitor shipping schedule to ensure on time delivery

What Should You Have

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience & basic logistics knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, MsExcel, MsWord and MsPowerPoint
  • Good command of Cantonese and English required.  Mandarin an advantage
  • Ability to work independently, can-do attitude and meeting deadlines

  • Manage planning and documentation of overseas projects
  • Providing product advice to internal sales staff, distributors and installation teams
  • Coordinate the preparation of shop drawing and fabrication drawings
  • Manage and report on quality control of production
  • Supervise overseas projects where necessary to ensure JEB level of quality is achieved in all countries
  • Provide onsite training to distributors and their installation teams

What Should You Have

  • Diploma or above in Building/ Interior Design or relevant discipline
