What Are We Looking For

  • Provide administrative support to daily sales administration activities
  • Prepare sales quotations
  • Prepare and arrange sales order / documentation for pre and after sales services in the department

What Should You Have

What Are We Looking For

  • Liaise with internal parties, vendors and suppliers

DRAFTSMAN – Hong Kong

What Are We Looking For

  • To prepare and develop technical, engineering, artwork drawings, and other documents relating to the project and its presentation to the client
  • To work independently on shop drawings, working drawings and detail drawings and follow up with the operation team for production if required
  • To adhere to drawing standards and maintain drawing base
  • To prepare tender and submission documents and drawings
  • To prepare sample boards and mock-ups for clients when required

What Should You Have

  • To be proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and Microsoft Office package. Being able to use Sketchup and Solidworks is of advantage
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical- and engineering design. Candidates with exposure to glass and door fabrication are preferred.
  • To have good skills in hand drafting/sketching
  • To be a good team player and able to work independently and disciplined to meet tight deadlines

Project execution and management of sub trades

What Are We Looking For

  • Manage planning and documentation of façade projects + execution + delivery of project
  • Coordinate the preparation of shop drawing and fabrication drawings
  • Control the project progress
  • Manage and report on quality control of production
  • Supervise projects where necessary to ensure JEB level of quality is achieved in all countries
  • Set up and implement an appropriate and effective project or programme management framework and project strategy, incorporating necessary review processes as required across all facets of project life cycle.
  • Create work method statements as required for the various projects that may arise.
  • Hold regular meetings with the team to ensure projects are well contained and operating smoothly
  • Manage the project budget – monitor and control changes/variations following client approval
  • Determine and manage risks that may affect the project in anyway, particularly schedule, budget or quality.
  • Assist the design team and delivery team in the resolution of problems
  • Manage the relationships between all project stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and outcomes.
  • Manage the individual teams within the project life cycle to ensure project objectives and deliverable are achieved
  • Ensure the project team is well informed on all aspects of procurement and fabrication timelines

What Should You Have

  • Diploma or above in Building or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in glass and metal works, façade projects
  • Sound knowledge in Buildings Department regulations
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
PARTITION PROJECT MANAGER – Beijing

What Should You Have

  • Diploma or above in Building/ Interior Design or relevant discipline
  • 4 years+ of relevant experience in residential and commercial fit-out projects
  • Sound knowledge in Buildings Department regulations
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • Good communication and report writing skills
  • Knowledge in fitting-out/partition/movable wall is a plus
